Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
- Keep your credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@agronome.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
- You retain ownership of all the data you upload. We never claim rights to it.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to operate the platform on your behalf.
- You can export your data and delete your account at any time. See our privacy policy.
- Our public website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, as described in our privacy policy. It does not run inside the platform and never receives your farm data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you don't have the right to upload.
- Attempt to access another organization's data or breach platform security.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-evade the platform.
- Use the platform to violate Canadian law or applicable export controls.
- Resell access to the platform without a written agreement with us.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the platform available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access during beta. Planned maintenance and known incidents are communicated through in-app notifications and via your registered email. Enterprise plans include service-level commitments — talk to us if you need one.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is communicated when you sign up or in your written agreement. Subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your billing period; we don't issue partial refunds unless required by Canadian consumer protection law.
Termination
You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk, with reasonable notice except in cases of fraud, security incidents, or legal compulsion.
Limitation of liability
Agronome.ai recommendations (variable-rate prescriptions, yield projections, pest alerts, etc.) are decision support — not replacements for agronomic judgement. We aren't liable for downstream business decisions made on platform output. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, or CAD $100 if that's higher. Nothing here limits liability for matters that can't be limited under Canadian law (e.g. gross negligence, fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
Changes
We may update these terms — when we do, we'll notify account owners at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
