The integration tax you didn't sign up for
If you advise multiple growers, you're already running an integration business. You just aren't getting paid like one.
Every new client adds another equipment account to manage, another set of soil-lab credentials, another spreadsheet of field boundaries you have to reconcile when the grower's John Deere export disagrees with last year's NDVI.
The marginal cost of each additional client isn't the agronomy — it's the data plumbing. That's what we absorb.
The platform absorbs the plumbing
- The same field is matched, not tripled. When a client’s field arrives from several systems, it’s matched into one record.
- Equipment data arrives on its own. Each client’s John Deere, CNH and AGCO PTx accounts connect once and keep syncing.
- Lab results land in the right record. Soil and tissue results import straight into the client’s fields.
- You see what was actually applied. Spray records come back in beside the prescription you wrote.
What's running for the 2026 season
One workspace, many clients
LiveEach grower client has their own organisation; you have cross-client visibility with their explicit consent.
One data model across clients
LiveEvery field, boundary, operation and prescription follows the same industry-standard ADAPT structure.
Every equipment brand, per client
LiveJohn Deere, CNH, AGCO PTx and DJI connected once per client, and kept in sync.
Soil and tissue lab imports
LiveLab results import straight into each client’s fields.
Yield correlation
LiveYield monitor files sit beside in-season crop health for every client.
Role-scoped access
LiveOwner, Admin, Editor, Viewer roles per client — give your field staff exactly what they need.
Coming this season
White-label client portals
Distribute branded recommendations and scouting reports under your own brand.
Multi-client benchmarking
Anonymised cross-client analytics so you can position recommendations against peer outcomes.
Pest detection across the book
Sentinel-cued, drone-confirmed Colorado Potato Beetle detection running across your full client roster.
Stable public API
Build your own fertility, rotation and compliance workflows against a versioned API.
What you actually gain
Every client
In one place
Switch between client operations without juggling logins and spreadsheets.
From above
Scout more acres
Satellite and drone imagery show where to walk, so field time goes where it matters.
On the map
Evidence behind every call
Recommendations and prescriptions built on the same maps your client can see.
With consent
The grower’s data
Each grower decides what you see, through roles set per operation.
What consultants tell us
“I scout 10 farms in the time it takes to drive to one.”

What it means for your practice
Less time on data, more time on agronomy. Every client’s fields, imagery, lab results and applications are in one place, so you can cover more acres without dropping the quality of your advice.
And your clients see the evidence behind every recommendation, on the same map you used to make it.
Your clients' data, in Canada, under their control
Every client's data is stored and processed in Toronto, Canada, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Role-based access means your field staff see only what you grant them. Your clients can export their full operation any time, no fee, no negotiation.
Read the full security & trust postureTwo questions consultants always ask
How do I manage the consent layer with my clients?
+
Every grower client has full ownership of their organisation. They explicitly grant you a Consultant Persona role with the scope you negotiate together — read-only on certain data, full edit on others. Consent is revocable at any time and is logged in the audit trail.
Can I bring my existing client data in?
+
Yes. Shapefile boundaries, soil-lab PDFs, yield-monitor exports (HarvestEye, Greentronics), and direct OEM connections (JD, CNH, AGCO PTx, DJI) all ingest automatically. For one-off migrations, talk to us — we'll work with you on the data plan.
