The Commander · For Processors

Predict the supply chain
before it happens.

Field-level visibility for the contracted acres you depend on. Yield estimates that update weekly. Sustainability claims with auditable chain of custody.

The supply problem

You're contracting today on data from October

You sign contracts in May for product that doesn't exist until October. Every decision your operations team makes between now and harvest depends on a yield estimate that is almost entirely opaque to you.

Today, your visibility into your contracted growers' operations is exactly as good as the spreadsheets they remember to update. Your yield model is downstream of weather, satellite, and equipment data you cannot see directly.

When something goes wrong — a late pest outbreak, a drought zone, an over-application that gets flagged at the elevator — you find out at intake. That's too late.

What changes

From quarterly surprise to weekly signal

  • Real visibility into the supply chain you've already contracted. With grower consent, your procurement team sees field-level yield projections, in-season pest pressure, satellite-derived crop progress, and as-applied compliance against your contract specifications.
  • Auditable chain of custody. Every prescription, every application, every input recorded in a canonical, exportable, queryable form. Sustainability and food-safety reporting become a query, not a quarterly fire drill.
  • Verified outcome metrics. When you commit to a sustainability claim, the application records underneath it live in the platform.
  • Predictability for your operations team. Yield estimates that update weekly based on actual observed crop progress, not historical priors.
  • Early-warning, not post-mortem. Pest pressure, drought stress, and contract-divergence flags surface before they hit your intake reports.
Live today

What's running for the 2026 season

Auditable application records

Live

Every prescription, application and input recorded field by field, exportable for compliance reporting.

Yield monitor imports

Live

Post-harvest yield-monitor data flows in and sits beside everything else recorded that season.

Industry-standard data model

Live

Built on the AgGateway ADAPT standard, the same farm-data structure used across the industry.

Roadmap

Coming this season

Field-level supply-chain visibility

With grower consent, field-level crop progress and yield projections across your full contract pool.

Satellite crop health per contract field

A crop-progress signal across every contracted acre, not just spot-checks at intake.

Consent-scoped access

You see exactly what each grower has authorised, with a record of every access.

Yield estimates that update in season

In-season imagery, application records and soil data drive a yield projection that improves as harvest approaches.

Closed-loop pest detection across the contract pool

Early warning when an outbreak is moving through your supply, before it hits intake reports.

Sustainability reporting on demand

Federal and provincial sustainability programs answered with platform-resident data, not paper trails.

Operations-system handoffs

Yield projections and quality signals pushed to your downstream operations and scheduling systems.

Outcomes

What you actually gain

Field

Visibility resolution

A field-level picture from each grower who shares their data, instead of a contract-level aggregate.

In season

Crop updates

Crop condition updates as new satellite and drone data arrive, not at intake.

Spray less

Pesticide use

Targeted application, recorded field by field for sustainability reporting.

Audit

Chain of custody

Every input, every application, every output exportable for compliance reporting.

Why now

Two structural shifts in processor–grower relationships

1. Federal aerial-application authorisation

Spray drones are going to be legal for commercial use within the 2026–2027 horizon. The grower who can show audited variable-rate aerial application has measurably lower input costs and a more credible ESG story. Processors who run on visibility platforms can favour, source from, and credit those growers automatically.

2. Sustainability reporting compliance

Federal and provincial sustainability programs, and increasingly your own downstream retail customers, are asking for verifiable claims. Processors who can answer with platform-resident data instead of paper trails will win the procurement decisions that depend on those answers.

Trust

Procurement-grade data residency and audit posture

Every byte of contracted-grower data is stored and processed in Toronto, Canada, with Canadian dual-region backup storage. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. PIPEDA-aligned today; SOC 2 Type II audit in progress, Q4 target. 18 dedicated alert policies and a 72-hour incident-notification commitment, published.

Common questions

Two questions processors always ask

How does grower consent actually work?

+

Each grower owns their organisation on the platform. They explicitly grant you a Processor Persona role with the scope you negotiate together — typically scoped to fields under your contract for the contracted season. Consent is revocable, audit-logged, and never assumed.

What does a pilot look like?

+

A procurement-channel integration is our reference architecture. A pilot scopes a defined contract pool, the data classes you'd consume (typically NDVI, as-applied logs, yield projections, sustainability metrics), and the integration handoffs to your operations system. Email info@agronome.ai to scope yours.
